Payment Policy

1. Payment Terms

  • A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid 5 days before the travel date.

  • For last-minute bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking.

  • Bank transfers for advance payments.

  • Cash payments are accepted only at our office.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 5 days before the travel date will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of [amount].

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the travel date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 4 days of the travel date or for no-shows.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Requests for changes must be made at least 5 days in advance.

5. Late Payments

  • Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

  • A late payment fee of 25% may be applied.

6. Disputes

  • Any payment disputes must be reported within 10 days of the transaction.

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of all state of india
